Kelly Baloun is the Director of Children’s Ministries. She is very energetic, and the young children love her and her volunteers. Kelly is very gifted in her interactions with children and draws them in easily with her kind and encouraging manner. She has a deep faith and a clear understanding of Biblical teachings and is able to instill those teachings in ways that are easily understood by the different age groups which are in her care.
